Early-access enquiries
When you submit the contact form, Lia stores the details you provide—such as your name, contact method, role, wedding date, guest count, selected channels and message—so we can respond and assess the right service.
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months, unless a working relationship begins or you ask us to delete them sooner. They are not sold or added to an automated marketing sequence.
Public demo conversations
When you try Lia on this website, the messages you send and Lia’s replies are saved under an anonymous demo-session reference. This lets us understand which questions people ask, find weak answers and improve the service.
Demo conversations are kept for up to 90 days and are not added to a real wedding guest record. Please do not enter names, contact details, health information or other sensitive personal information in the public demo.
Wedding guest information
Lia processes only the information needed for the agreed guest journey: contact details, household relationships, RSVP status, practical preferences, conversation history and the questions guests ask.
The couple or planner decides the purpose and approved wedding information. Lia processes guest data for that event and does not reuse it for unrelated marketing or model training.
Retention and deletion
Identifiable guest conversations and operational guest records are deleted 30 days after the wedding. Deleted information expires from rolling backups within a maximum of 90 days.
Billing and contractual records are kept separately only for applicable legal and accounting periods. Guests and clients can request earlier deletion where the law allows it.
Consent and first contact
The preferred introduction is a private WhatsApp link or QR code shared in the invitation or wedding website, so the guest chooses when to begin. If Lia will initiate later messages, the guest opts in first and can stop them at any time.
Information that may reveal health or religious beliefs—such as some allergy or dietary details—is requested only when necessary and with the additional permission required for that event.
Services and safeguards
Depending on the selected channels, approved providers may include Google Cloud and Firestore, WhatsApp and Meta, an AI model provider, and an SMS provider. Access is limited by role, and each event’s records are logically separated even when a communication number is shared.
Lia does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for guests. Uncertain or personal questions can always be handed to the couple or planner.
Website analytics and cookies
With your permission, meetlia.me uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the website. Google Analytics is not loaded and does not set analytics cookies unless you select “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner.
We do not enable advertising storage, Google Signals or ad personalization. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” control shown on the website.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. You may also withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
